When the idea for Presents For Paws came about, one of the biggest surprises was that no one was customising and 'pawsonalising' toy packages the way we were planning - using a system that ensures we know enough about you and your paw'd present receiver to pack up a pawfect array of interesting, fun and reliable toys and accessories for dogs of any age, size, breed and temperament.

There are tens of millions of dogs in Australia and each is unique... having two Lagotto Romagnolo, this fact is very obvious in our home! We built Presents For Paws so we could cater to all dogs. From cuddly snugglers, nervous, adventurous, active, dig-destroy-dominators and everything in-between we knew that every box we sent was going to be very different. With hundreds of product options for every box, the options are rather extensive!

This was highlighted to us all so vividly on our opening day, when we received 2 orders for the same breed, age and sex, but with very different pawsonalities! The first was a puppy - Brie, just 4 months old, lives in an apartment, loves to investigate, run, chase and chew. The second, Manny, was 7 years old and a companion to a retired couple, living in the country. If we didn't ask and simply packed a box of treats, it would simply be a ridiculous lucky dip. With these few details we were able to send both sets of paws a box, stuffed full of things right for them. We put more focus on the throw, chew and investigate products of the right size for Brie and with our info on Manny we gave focused more on his affectionate nature and love of his dad's socks with a range of chew and soft toys and a dental ball to keep those teeth clean!
