Presents For Paws goes to great length to look after our customers and your pets. We work closely with every customer to ensure that returns are rare. We quality check and package your products in every order. We will always work with any customer to ensure the package that arrives is more than simply satisfactory.
Changed your mind : If you decide the product you purchase from Presents For Paws is not for you, then we will work with you to replace or refund your purchase within 14 days of your order. Any product to be returned needs to be in as new condition, unused and with all box contents and original packaging. Change of mind returns are to be sent back to Presents For Paws, where we will check and refund/replace your items. All return shipping is paid for by you, the customer and we will not accept returns with Cash On Delivery logistics.
